Contract: Fixed Term Contract (6 Months)
Hours: 37 hours per week
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and engaging Development Specialist (Leadership) to join our client's Culture & Capability team on a six-month fixed-term contract.
This role will play a key part in delivering and enhancing leadership and management development across the organisation. You will facilitate a range of engaging learning experiences, including leadership webinars, management development programmes, aspiring manager development, team effectiveness workshops and other capability-building interventions.
Working closely with the Development Manager (Talent & Leadership), you will also contribute to the design, development and continuous improvement of learning solutions that support our leadership capability strategy and wider organisational objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled facilitator and learning professional who is passionate about helping leaders and teams perform at their best.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver engaging virtual and face-to-face leadership development interventions to managers and aspiring managers.
- Facilitate online webinars and learning sessions that build management and leadership capability across the organisation.
- Facilitate team effectiveness workshops that strengthen collaboration, communication and performance.
- Create inclusive and safe learning environments that encourage participation, reflection and practical application.
- Adapt facilitation style and approach to meet the needs of different audiences, learning styles and business areas.
- Design and develop engaging leadership and management development workshops, learning resources and supporting materials.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate them into impactful development solutions.
- Partner with colleagues within Culture & Capability to support the successful delivery of talent and leadership initiatives.
- Monitor learner feedback and participation data to assess impact and drive continuous improvement.
Experience & Qualification's
- Insights Discovery Accredited
- Experience facilitating both virtual and in-person workshops and webinars.
- Experience designing and developing learning content and workshop materials.
- Ability to evaluate learning interventions and use feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Coaching qualification or experience applying coaching methodologies.
