Job Summary
Seeking a senior Amazon Connect Solution Architect to design and lead enterprise contact center solutions, working closely with business, product, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
Design scalable, secure, and highly available Amazon Connect solutions.
Define contact center architecture, IVR, routing, self-service, and customer journey strategies.
Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services and enterprise APIs.
Lead architecture reviews, modernization, migration, and transformation initiatives.
Ensure solutions follow AWS security, governance, and architectural best practices.
Provide technical leadership throughout implementation and delivery.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Create architecture documentation, standards, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
