TITLE:- Application Migration Architect

LOCATION – Austin, TX

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Have strong communication skills, ability to work with different stakeholders (app/ infra owners, etc)
2. Drive the app intake process- what app does, what it talks to, where it is hosted, where it can go, how complex it is, etc.
3. Experience of doing this with COTS and custom apps as well.
4. Based on app intake process identify app will be part of which wave as part of migration
5. Coordinate with infra and other team to find answers to missing details

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in large-scale data center or cloud migration projects
• Strong application architecture knowledge
• Cloud migration experience (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with application dependency mapping and discovery
• Program/project leadership experience
• Ability to assess migration complexity and create migration roadmaps
