Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for professional, scientific, and technical roles
• Match candidates to client job requirements and present shortlists
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding steps
• Manage requisitions and candidate data in ATS/CRM accurately
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor regulations
• Contribute to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring process
• Prepare job postings and recruitment marketing materials
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics and goals
