The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their location.
• Perform a variety of services including scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a range of light vehicles.
• Manage your own van stock, conduct reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Represent the company with professionalism and provide excellent customer service.
• Work independently and make informed decisions to best serve customer needs.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Experience working with a diverse range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems independently.
