The Role

• Oversee internal processes related to quality assurance in nursing.
• Conduct quality assurance measures within the established quality management system.
• Collaborate closely with facility management and the Total Quality Management team.
• Support the assurance of high nursing quality in compliance with legal regulations.
• Contribute to the design and improvement of nursing and care processes.
• Integrate current nursing knowledge and scientific findings into daily practice.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in elderly care or general nursing.
• Required further training as a Quality Assurance Officer.
• Professional and leadership experience in a similar role.
• A passion for working with elderly and individuals requiring care.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and commitment.
