The Role

• Prospect new business and manage assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and environmental concerns.
• Develop and recommend tailored pest management solutions to commercial clients.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through empathetic problem-solving and clear communication.
• Utilize provided technology and sales tools to drive business development and manage client agreements.
• Prioritize and maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license/certification (company sponsored).
• Capacity to work independently in the field and interact with diverse clientele.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks including ladder use, occasional heavy lifting, and access to confined spaces.
• Openness to working in various weather conditions.
