BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Divisional Client Services Manager (DCSM) supporting our Assistive Care State Programs (ACSP) offices throughout New England.
This position is ideal for a proven leader who enjoys driving operational excellence, supporting multiple teams, and leading through growth and change. The Divisional Client Services Manager will support offices throughout the New England region and should be comfortable with frequent travel and working across multiple locations.

The Divisional Client Services Manager will:
- Partner directly with divisional leadership to support strategic initiatives and key business objectives.
- Provide leadership and operational support to Assistive Care State Programs offices throughout New England.
- Support and mentor Client Services Managers and operational team members across multiple locations.
- Lead and manage special projects designed to improve office performance, efficiency, and growth.
- Provide superior customer service and help ensure the delivery of high-quality home care services.
- Assist offices with caseload management, operational challenges, and process improvement initiatives.
- Analyze operational and financial metrics to support divisional goals and performance.
- Share best practices and serve as a subject matter expert for operational processes and systems.
- Support onboarding, development, and coaching of new and existing employees.
- Collaborate with office leaders to identify opportunities for growth, retention, and operational excellence.
- Travel extensively throughout New England to provide hands-on leadership, training, and support.

Qualifications for a Divisional Client Services Manager:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Director-level leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading teams, projects, and operational initiatives across multiple locations.
- Home care, healthcare, human services, staffing, operations, or related industry experience preferred.
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and motivate teams at multiple organizational levels.
- Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and execute effectively during periods of growth and change.
- Strong technology and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability and willingness to travel 60-80% throughout New England.
- Demonstrated record of achieving goals and successfully taking on increasing responsibility.
