CONTEXT:
PRC Resources is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a growing oilfield services organization with approximately 1,000 employees operating across multiple states. The company is seeking an
Executive Vice President of Human Resources to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and help drive its people, culture, and organizational strategy. This is more than a traditional HR leadership role.

The
EVP of Human Resource s will serve as a strategic partner to ownership and executive leadership while helping preserve and strengthen the organization's culture during continued growth. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who understands how to balance employee advocacy with business objectives and has experience leading organizations through growth, change, mergers, acquisitions, and workforce integration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and provide strategic HR leadership.
Lead all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational development.
Champion the company's culture, values, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
Develop workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management strategies.
Lead HR integration efforts related to mergers, acquisitions, and organizational growth.
Partner with leaders across multiple locations to support a high-performing, engaged workforce.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Experience leading HR for a multi-state organization with approximately 1,000 employees or more.
Proven experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, organizational integration, and change management initiatives.
Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
Experience supporting field-based and geographically dispersed workforces.
Oilfield services, energy, industrial services, construction, manufacturing, or related industry experience strongly preferred.
