Senior Software Engineer // Full Time

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 3-8 years of experience to join a small, high-performing engineering team building the first AI-native specialty medication access platform. You'll be a product-minded builder who owns projects end-to-end at a company that's grown from 100 to 2,500 prescribers in a year and is on track to hit 4,000 by year-end.

What will you be doing?

• Building and shipping provider-facing product features across the full stack (Python, React, Postgres)
• Developing AI-powered automation for prior authorizations, benefits verification, and pharmacy integrations
• Building internal AI tooling and enablement infrastructure (local model hosting, PHI-compliant data pipelines)
• Owning projects from problem identification through shipped outcome and monitoring impact
• Working closely with founders and a small engineering team to define product direction and engineering culture

Key Requirements

• Full-stack web development experience (Python, React, Postgres) — must know Python
• Product-minded engineer who can surface problems, build solutions, and monitor outcomes end-to-end
• Startup experience or demonstrated ability to operate with high autonomy and minimal structure
• Experience building or integrating AI-powered features into production products
• Must be on-site in NYC (Flatiron) — open to relocation but no remote
