Forward Deployed Engineer

🚀 Hiring: Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) | Hybrid | 12+ Months

📍 Location: Any Intuit office location (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
📄 Contract: 12+ Months | 1099

We’re looking for a hands-on Forward Deployed Engineer (Supporting Engineer) with strong full-stack development skills and practical experience in AI/agentic engineering.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Build and deliver end-to-end solutions across frontend (React/Angular), BFF/GraphQL, backend APIs, cloud, and CI/CD.

• Develop AI agents, automations, and agentic workflows using LLM APIs.

• Execute assigned technical work with a strong focus on code quality, testing, and verification.

• Contribute to architecture and design discussions while implementing solutions under the guidance of the FDE Lead.

• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and work effectively within a complex engineering environment.

🔹 Required Skills
✅ Strong, hands-on full-stack development experience with end-to-end delivery.
✅ Practical experience building AI agents, automation workflows, and working directly with LLM APIs.
✅ Understanding of software architecture, system design, and microservices.
✅ Experience with cloud platforms, backend APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver independently under technical leadership.

🔹 Nice to Have

• Experience with legacy modernization or large-scale migration projects.

• Practical examples of AI-assisted engineering or agent-building projects.

• Interest in growing toward a customer-facing FDE Lead role.
