The Role

• Plan, coordinate, adapt, document, and secure nursing measures.
• Perform basic care according to individual needs.
• Administer medical care as prescribed by physicians, such as medication.
• Engage respectfully with clients' and their families' self-care abilities, needs, and wishes.
• Collaborate closely and cooperatively with all professional departments within the facility.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a nursing professional (e.g., geriatric nurse, general nurse, or health and nursing assistant).
• Ideally, initial professional experience in nursing.
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems for patient care.
• Personal stability, composure, and patience when interacting with clients and their families.
