The Role

• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects to identify needs and grow loyalty.
• Conduct needs assessments to recommend tailored financial solutions, including everyday banking, investments, lending, and small business offerings.
• Advise clients on digital and self-serve banking options to simplify their experience.
• Support customer transaction needs and address customer inquiries and issues.
• Build new relationships within the community to expand the company's business.
• Make credit recommendations for personal lending transactions in compliance with policies.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs, as well as retail investments and lending products.
• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role.
• A strong commitment to delivering a personal customer experience and a focus on results.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence and experience with digital tools and applications.
