Requirements
- 5 7 years of Windows System Administration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Patching.
- Strong Microsoft SQL Server experience including installation, maintenance, scripting, and performance tuning.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and/or Nutanix.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, Firewalls, VPNs, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery.
- Experience with system hardening and vulnerability management.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and customer-facing skills.
- Bachelor s degree and Microsoft/CompTIA certifications preferred.
