Product Engineer

About the Role

Join a consumer gaming product team building experiences for creators and players. You will own product features across web and mobile, working closely with engineering, product, data, and recommender systems to improve engagement and retention.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship end-to-end features and user journeys using React, React Native, and TypeScript across web and mobile.

• Own work from scoping and implementation through launch and measurement, with a lightweight process.

• Partner with product, data, and recommender-systems teams to identify friction for creators and players and improve retention.

• Develop frontend architecture for core product experiences and contribute backend code when needed.

• Design and run A/B tests, then interpret results using analytics tools and SQL.

• Use agentic AI tools and product analytics to form hypotheses and ship improvements to acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.

What We're Looking For

• Two to four years of experience as a product, frontend, or full-stack software engineer.

• Strong experience with React or React Native and TypeScript, with a focus on consumer-facing frontend products.

• Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, runtime efficiency, and system design.

• Experience building consumer social products or two-sided marketplaces, ideally in gaming or another consumer product area.

• Experience with product analytics and experimentation, including funnels, cohorts, retention analysis, and tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.

• Clear, effective communication and the ability to take product features from idea through delivery.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $185,000 to $205,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
