Job Description

Program Manager with Cash Management Experience

Introduction:

This position is for a Program Manager with a strong background in cash management. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex financial services, banking, fintech, or payments initiatives. They will be responsible for leading large-scale technology programs and cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver large-scale technology programs
  • Manage cash management, digital assets, and stablecoin initiatives
  • Lead enterprise integration, platform modernization, or acquisition integration programs
  • Manage cross-functional delivery teams
  • Ensure API-based integrations are successful
  • Implement cloud-native architectures (preferably AWS)
  • Oversee microservices and distributed systems
  • Work with core banking or financial platforms
  • Handle payment processing and money movement
  • Manage data integration and reconciliation processes
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in financial services

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience delivering large-scale technology programs
  • 5+ years of experience managing cash management, complex financial services, banking, fintech, or payments initiatives
  • Experience leading enterprise integration, platform modernization, or acquisition integration programs
  • Experience with cash management, digital assets, and stablecoin
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional delivery teams

Technical Knowledge:

  • API-based integrations
  • Cloud-native architectures (AWS preferred)
  • Microservices and distributed systems
  • Core banking or financial platforms
  • Payment processing and money movement
  • Data integration and reconciliation processes
  • Security and regulatory requirements in financial services
