Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst / Data Analyst – Banking Domain
Location: Omaha, NE
Employment: W2
Rate: $50–$55/hr (All Inclusive)

Job Description:

  • Seeking a Business Analyst / Data Analyst with strong Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, data, and processes to support business initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional/data requirements.
  • Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting using SQL and Excel.
  • Create requirements documentation, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with technology, product, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify data/process issues and provide actionable recommendations.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
  • Candidates must be able to work W2 within the specified rate range.
