We're hiring for an impact-driven community organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. We partner with schools and local authorities to provide essential support and education.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Work with students referred by local authorities and schools, adapting to their diverse educational requirements.
• Contribute to raising the standard of education for vulnerable young people, including those with MLD, SLD, and PMLD.
• Plan and report for lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• 2+ years of teaching experience, with a preference for working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a trauma-informed way.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding principles and creating a safe learning environment.
• Right to work in the UK and based within the UK.
