The Role

• Accurately pick and pack an average of 150 orders per shift within a high-tech warehouse.
• Ensure product quality and efficiently fill order crates using an advanced "product-to-person" system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Contribute to a seamless customer experience by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Work within a structured system that minimizes walking and maximizes efficiency.

What You'll Need

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Possess the physical fitness required for a role involving movement and lifting.
• Demonstrate initiative in taking on tasks and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Have a working knowledge of either Dutch or English, with support available from colleagues.
• Be available for 24-40 hours per week, with flexibility for morning or evening shifts.
• Hold a valid EU identity document or work permit.
