The Role

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver-assistance systems.
• Take on the supplementary role of Operations Manager (HWK), overseeing technical aspects, adhering to company standards, and managing daily operations.
• Provide customer service from order intake to vehicle return, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the scheduling and creation of incoming orders.
• Ensure quality assurance measures are implemented, conduct inventory management, and maintain audit-relevant standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade and ideally several years of professional experience.
• Experience as an automotive master technician, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or bodywork specialist.
• Willingness to undertake the required proficiency test or already hold Operations Manager (HWK) qualification.
• A valid driver's license (Class B), good German language skills, and PC proficiency.
• Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, valuing trust and equal partnership.
