The Role

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Utilize innovative software for precise measurements and assessments.
• Perform damage assessments via ladder or attic inspections.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet homeowner needs.
• Begin day with team meetings to strategize and prepare.
• Attend pre-confirmed appointments for one-call-close opportunities.

What You'll Need

• No prior sales or construction experience is required; full training is provided.
• Midday, evening, and weekend availability.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to travel to and from in-home appointments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a sales role.
