The Role • Provide comprehensive, independent care for patients. • Treat patients according to current medical standards, including diagnostics, therapy, and prevention. • Perform structured documentation of examinations, diagnoses, and treatments to ensure smooth practice operations. • Make appropriate referrals to specialized physicians when necessary. • Collaborate interdisciplinarily with the non-medical team. What You'll Need • Recognized qualification as a specialist in General Medicine or Internal Medicine with a focus on general practice, and a valid medical license. • A dedicated personality with a sense of responsibility and a passion for patient-centered medicine. • Ability to ensure and further develop medical care at a high professional level. • Ideally, initial professional experience and knowledge of medical practice workflows and organization. • A team-oriented approach to work, combined with an awareness of your own strengths. • Structured, conscientious, and communicative personality, open to new methods, digital tools, and process optimizations.
