We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join a growing organization in a highly visible role supporting enterprise technology strategy, architecture, and integration initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for a self-starter who combines strong technical expertise with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

The Solutions Architect will serve as a key technology leader, partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive architectural decisions, standardize technology practices, support cloud and integration initiatives, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, security, integrations, and future innovation initiatives, including emerging AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise architecture initiatives, developing technology roadmaps and solution strategies that align with organizational objectives and long-term growth plans. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into scalable architectural designs and technical solutions. Partner with internal teams and external organizations to define technical requirements, evaluate integration needs, and support API-based connectivity initiatives.

Design and oversee solutions across cloud environments including AWS and Google Cloud Platform, ensuring security, reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. Support and govern enterprise platforms, including CRM, middleware, and integrated technology ecosystems. Develop architectural standards, documentation, diagrams, governance processes, and implementation artifacts to improve technology consistency and operational maturity. Lead technical evaluations of vendors, products, and services while contributing to RFPs, RFBs, scopes of work, and technology selection processes.

Identify technical risks, security concerns, data management challenges, and architectural gaps while recommending mitigation strategies. Provide architectural oversight for strategic projects, ensuring solutions align with approved standards, budgets, timelines, and business objectives. Build trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners, serving as a strategic advisor and primary technology liaison. Research emerging technologies and evaluate opportunities for innovation, process improvement, automation, and AI-driven business solutions.

Produce clear technical documentation and communicate architectural decisions, standards, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years of progressive IT experience with significant focus on solution architecture, enterprise architecture, and technical design. Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale technology solutions across multiple technology domains. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and/or Azure.

Strong understanding of enterprise application integration, API architectures, middleware technologies, databases, and data management principles. Demonstrated ability to evaluate technology platforms, vendors, and strategic investments. Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and business audiences.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Ability to work independently in a lean IT environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.
