The Role

• Oversee the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver-assistance systems.
• Manage the workshop as a site operator, ensuring technical and professional standards are met and daily operations are planned.
• Provide excellent customer service from order intake through to vehicle handover.
• Handle invoicing, manage customer funds, and organize incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with audit standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of experience as a master mechanic, mechatronics technician, or similar.
• Willingness to obtain the required certifications (Betriebsleiter HWK) or already possess them.
• A valid Class B driver's license and proficient German language skills.
• Strong PC skills and comfort with administrative tasks.
• High customer and service orientation with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently, in a team, and foster collaborative relationships.
