We are delighted to recruit for one of its clients, a large manufacturing company and forward-thinking global organization, an experienced Operations Finance Leader to join their Finance team in Luxembourg.
This is a key leadership role for a driven professional who wants to contribute to a high-performing organization while gaining strong business exposure and career development opportunities.
Reporting to the Finance Director, and with functional alignment to global Order to Cash and Invoice to Pay leadership, you will lead a team supporting Order to Cash, IT Procurement, and Supplier Enablement activities across Europe.
You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, developing talent, and delivering transformation, guided by Principle Based Management (PBM).
Your main responsibilities will :
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals, ensuring individuals maximize their strengths and contributions
- Drive performance and transformation across Order to Cash, IT Procurement, and Supplier Enablement processes
- Partner with Credit, Sales, and Global Service teams to define strategy and deliver results for European Collections
- Own escalation processes for Supplier Enablement and IT Procurement activities
- Build a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement aligned with company values
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to identify process improvements and strengthen financial controls
- Ensure strong performance management, accountability, and adherence to PBM principles
- Support employee development through regular feedback, coaching, and career guidance
The ideal candidate should have :
- Proven experience leading teams in finance, procurement, or accounting operations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience managing priorities and holding teams accountable to performance targets
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working within global or matrix organizations
- Background in Collections and/or Order to Cash processes
