This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building strong relationships, and wants to be part of a team that values performance and professionalism. You’ll be supported to grow your career while making a real impact on the performance of a quality property portfolio.
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a residential portfolio. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants — ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and financial returns are optimised.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing a residential property portfolio with a focus on service excellence and retention
- Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders
- Coordination of all aspects of property management including leasing, renewals, routine inspections, maintenance, and arrears control
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and company policies
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve asset performance and reduce vacancy periods
- Overseeing maintenance requests and liaise with trades to ensure timely resolution
- Conducting property inspections and provide detailed, accurate reporting to landlords
- Managing rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenancy agreements
- Responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner, always ensuring a high standard of communication
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes
- Proven experience in residential property management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate License
- Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Strong understanding of NSW tenancy legislation and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Energetic, personable and professional, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
- Join a supportive, collaborative and high-performing property management team.
- Manage a quality residential portfolio backed by established systems, processes and administrative support
- Access genuine career development and progression opportunities within a growing business
- Be part of a results-driven culture that values teamwork, professionalism and exceptional customer service
- Benefit from ongoing training, mentoring and professional development to help you reach your career goals
- Enjoy a competitive salary package commensurate with your skills and experience
