AlphaGov (Casa Moon LLC d/b/a AlphaGov) delivers public-sector consulting for cities, counties, school systems, special districts, utilities, and related agencies. Our work spans classification and compensation, organizational and operational studies, research and program evaluation, economic and workforce analysis, surveys and community research, emergency management and resilience studies, leadership development and training, and applied data and infrastructure research.
We engage experienced practitioners as project-based collaborators. Engagements are remote-first with occasional client travel. When you authorize it, AlphaGov may name you as an expert collaborator or key personnel on proposals that match your expertise. We build ready teams for live pursuits — not speculative staffing banks.
This role is for business continuity and continuity-training facilitators who can support active and upcoming continuity training pursuits (for example DRI International Business Continuity Training Courses and similar courseware/delivery engagements).
What you'll do:
- Design and/or deliver business continuity and resilience training courses for public-sector and federal buyers
- Align curriculum to recognized continuity frameworks (e.g., DRI / ISO / NFPA continuity bodies of knowledge) where required
- Facilitate workshops, tabletop exercises, and adult-learning sessions; assess learner outcomes
- Produce course materials, facilitator guides, and after-action documentation
- Contribute continuity-training content and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals (when permissioned)
Required:
- Hands-on business continuity, continuity of operations (COOP), or resilience training delivery
- Ability to facilitate adult-learning courses and tabletop / exercise sessions
- Comfortable as a 1099 / project-based collaborator with travel as needed for client on-sites
Nice to have:
- DRI certification (CBCP, MBCP, or similar) or equivalent continuity credential
- Prior federal or large public-employer continuity training delivery
- Experience converting courseware into live delivery (not courseware-only)
