Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, accruals, financial reporting, financial statements, accounting principles, and financial controls.
• Strong strategic thinking, relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams and present to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field with 2+ years of experience in finance, marketing finance, operations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in a technology or fast-paced business environment.
• Advanced financial analysis and strategic planning experience.
