We're hiring for a leading national automotive glass repair and replacement company, renowned for its exceptional expertise and dedication. The Role

• Perform the repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including the calibration of driver-assistance systems.
• Assume the role of Operations Manager (HWK), overseeing technical operations, adherence to company standards, and daily scheduling.
• Advise and assist customers from order placement to vehicle handover, ensuring a high level of service.
• Manage invoicing, customer funds, and the processing of incoming orders.
• Conduct quality assurance measures, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with audit standards.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training in a trade, ideally with several years of professional experience.
• Experience as a Kfz-Meister, Kfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-Mechaniker, or Karosseriebauer.
• Willingness to undergo the necessary certification for operations management or already hold the HWK Operations Manager qualification.
• Possess a valid Class B driver's license, strong German language skills, and computer proficiency.
• Demonstrated customer-centric and service-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
