Develop and design solutions, client-facing web applications, tools, platforms, test scripts, stored procedures, files, components, pages. Plan project life cycle and cloud computing, analyze web page design, QA. Confer with developers and architects, define project scope and backlog, recommend solutions, write user stories, diagram business processes and system workflows, document systems design specifications for requirements, and review systems functionality, reliability, performance, usage, costs, server-side issues, data analysis routines, code, quality control. Participate in systems triage of defects, debug, troubleshoot. Analyze client/user needs, formulate test and validation plans. Use Azure, AWS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Splunk, Adobe Analytics, MOX, RushHour, Datadog, Akamai, Fiddler, Insomnia, Talend, Swagger, Firefly, Postman, API frameworks, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, Python, Perl,. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Engineering, or a related field and 2 years experience in the proffered position, or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have at least one (1) year of experience developing project plans and test plans, diagrams, specifications; reviewing requirements, costs, code, quality control, defects; performing data analysis, debugging, troubleshooting; using JavaScript, XML, SQL Server, OBIEE, ETL, SAS. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $178,132 to $178,150 /yr.
