Job Description

Your Mission & Challenges

Together we are shaping the future of cognitive and humanoid robotics. As an Industrialization Project Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our manufacturing systems and developing the building blocks of the NEURA production system.

You will work at the interface between development, production, quality, logistics, and plant engineering—with the goal of implementing efficient, stable, and future-proof manufacturing concepts for new products and production systems.

Your main tasks include:

  • Responsibility for the industrialization of new products from prototype to series launch, including schedule, cost, and quality targets

  • Development of manufacturing and assembly concepts in cooperation with development

  • Integration of manufacturing requirements into product development (DFM/DFA)

  • Planning of value streams, material flows, layouts, and production capacities

  • Management of procurement, installation, and commissioning of systems and equipment

  • Execution of tests, pilot runs, ramp-up phases, analysis, and process transfer

  • Ensuring process quality using established methods (e.g. PFMEA, process validation)

  • Coordination of collaboration with internal and external partners

  • Reporting on project status and risks to management

  • Promotion of continuous improvements and establishment of standards

What we look forward to:

  • Master's degree in industrial engineering, production engineering, mechanical engineering or mechatronics

  • Practical experience as an industrialization project manager

  • Experience with lean methods and the design of production lines

  • Hands-on mentality as well as a structured and analytical approach to work

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

  • Excellent German and English skills
