Job Description

Responsibilities

The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining UAT test plans, test cases, test scripts, and supporting documentation for system enhancements and releases. 

  • Reviewing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure complete testing coverage. 

  • Executing functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing while documenting defects, risks, and test results. 

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and project teams to resolve issues and validate solutions. 

  • Supporting release readiness activities, maintaining audit-ready testing documentation, and identifying opportunities to improve testing quality and automation readiness. 

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Quality Assurance, or Business Validation experience. 

  • Bachelor''s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. 

  • Experience creating UAT test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios. 

  • Experience executing functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. 

  • Experience using test management and defect tracking tools. 

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

Desired Skills

  • Experience supporting fraud prevention, fraud operations, risk management, or financial services organizations. 

  • Experience designing automation-ready test cases and collaborating with automation testing teams. 

  • Knowledge of automated testing concepts, test case design techniques, and quality management best practices. 

  • Experience supporting enterprise system implementations and production releases. 

  • Familiarity with compliance, governance, and audit requirements related to software testing. 

  • Ability to mentor team members on UAT best practices and quality test case development.
