Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ Years of of overall IT experience with 3+ years in a Technical/Solution Architect role.
• Hands on experience in SQL Server, ADF (Orchestration), POWERBI, Snowflake, Prefect (Orchestration), ServiceNow, GIT, ADO
• Strong domain knowledge of Home Health business processes — including eligibility, authorizations, clinical workflows, EMR systems (HCHB preferred), and post-acute care coordination.
• Working knowledge of data integration patterns (HL7/FHIR, ETL pipelines, data warehousing)
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred) and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
