The Role

• Visualize customer desires using modern 3D planning tools.
• Develop and present individual kitchen concepts, balancing style, functionality, and budget.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial consultation to contract closing.
• Create compelling offers, handle objections, and coordinate project logistics, including delivery and installation.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in kitchen planning and direct sales.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen design principles, technology, and current market trends.
• Proficiency with professional planning software (e.g., KPS, Carat, Winner) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Exceptional sales acumen, negotiation skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
• A persuasive demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and an independent, goal-oriented work style.
• A keen eye for current kitchen trends and a creative approach to design.
