An established company with a strong presence in special plant construction is seeking an experienced Elektrotechniker (m/f/d) to join their growing team. The Role

• Oversee and manage electrical installations, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems.
• Lead and coordinate projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Analyze and resolve electrical and electronic system faults.
• Ensure comprehensive employee training on safety protocols and environmental protection.
• Act as the responsible electrical specialist with switching authorization for up to 20 kV systems.
• Drive process optimization and resource planning within the electrical engineering department.

What You'll Need

• Completed further training as a Meister or Techniker (m/f/d) in Electrical Engineering.
• Several years of relevant experience in electrical installation, particularly in plant or special machine construction.
• Knowledge of EPLAN and proficiency with MS Office, ERP, and CAD systems.
• Strong leadership skills and a hands-on mentality.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• A proactive, resilient, and flexible approach to work.
