Project Overview
  • Building new platform for secured environment
    • Commercial and government deployments
    • AWS-based: Kubernetes, S3, EKS, SQS, SNS
    • Some infrastructure components
  • Tight 3-month timeline for 2 senior resources
  • Focus on hands-on implementation, not just consulting
Resource Requirements
  • Core skills needed:
    • Platform engineering expertise
    • Kubernetes proficiency
    •  Security experience (environmental/compliance)
    •  Terraform IC work
  • Hands-on doers for immediate impact
Implementation Scope

 

  • Infrastructure setup tasks:

    • Terraform configuration

    • Kubernetes cluster setup

    • IAM roles configuration

    • Firewall and networking setup

    • CI/CD pipeline establishment

  • Team augmentation for existing focused team
