Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in large-scale program delivery, cross-functional leadership, and SDLC execution and a proven ability to define, implement, and deliver complex, multi-project programs on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver programs within defined scope, quality, schedule, and budget while managing moderate risk factors.


• Lead program-level planning, drive executive communications, and resolve complex issues across teams.


• Manage internal, matrixed teams and contractors to deliver systems and enhancements that meet requirements.


• Oversee scope definition, requirements, estimates, schedules, budgets, status reporting, risks, issues, and contingency plans.


• Facilitate stakeholder and customer interactions and ensure clear communication across organizational levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Project estimating, scheduling, tracking, and implementation planning in large organizations.


• People management and team building across cross-functional and matrixed teams.


• Adaptability and judgment in changing environments with competing priorities.


• Ability to learn business processes quickly and partner effectively at multiple organizational levels.


• Risk assessment and application of management principles to technology and business functions.


• Delivery of technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments.


• Experience with the software development lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

• MBA or related advanced degree.


• PMP or PMI certification.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field required.


• MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
