Quick Overview
Job Description
Outside Sales Representative – Business Development
All Dry Services | Louisville, KY | Full-Time, Field-Based
$50,000–$60,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Six-Figure Earning Potential
Nobody Plans for the Emergency. But They've Already Decided Who to Call.
When a pipe lets go in a 200-unit building at eleven at night, nobody opens a browser and starts comparing companies.
Somebody grabs a card, or scrolls to a name they already know.
That decision got made weeks earlier — in a leasing office, at a job site, over a cup of coffee with somebody who took the time to show up.
This job is about being that somebody.
The Job, Plainly Stated
All Dry Services responds when property is damaged by water, fire, mold, and other emergencies. We're hiring an outside salesperson to represent us across the Louisville market.
You'll spend your days in the field, meeting the professionals who deal with property problems for a living, and giving them a reason to think of All Dry first.
This is not a phone room. It is not account management. You will be out of the office and in front of people most days of the week.
The People You'll Be Meeting
• Property Managers
• Facility Managers
• Insurance Agents & Adjusters
• Plumbers
• HVAC Contractors
• General Contractors
• Commercial Property Professionals
• Business Owners
• Other local referral partners
These aren't one-time customers. A property manager may be responsible for hundreds of units. A plumber runs into water damage all year long. An insurance agent talks to property owners every week. Earn the trust of the right forty or fifty people in this city and you've built something that keeps producing.
A Realistic Week
Monday, you plan your routes and pull your target list.
Tuesday, you're in the field: four or five stops, two scheduled meetings, and a few cold introductions at property management offices you've been trying to get into.
Wednesday, you follow up on everything from Tuesday, log it in CRM, and drop in on two partners who've sent work your way.
Thursday, you're at an association lunch or an industry event, and you walk out with two introductions worth having.
Friday, you check in with operations on active jobs, close the loop with the people who referred them, and set up next week.
That's the job. Repeated, sharpened, and expanded.
Be Honest With Yourself About This Part
This is a hunting role.
You'll walk into businesses where nobody is expecting you. You'll follow up with people who don't call back the first time. You'll build a pipeline from a standing start, and you'll be accountable for the activity that fills it.
You'll have training, support, and an operations team that does excellent work behind you. What you won't have is a list of inbound leads waiting for you every morning.
If that sounds like a problem, this posting isn't for you. If it sounds like freedom, keep reading.
The First Twelve Months, In Order
First 30 days — learn what we actually do. Ride along on jobs, understand why response time and quality matter, and start building your target list.
Days 30–90 — get in front of people. Consistent field activity, real meetings on the calendar, and your first referral relationships opened.
Months 3–6 — a working pipeline, a network that recognizes your name, and first business arriving from relationships you created yourself.
Months 6–12 — repeat referrals, steady revenue, visibility across the Louisville market, and momentum toward six-figure earnings.
We're not looking for one big month. We're looking for a territory that gets stronger every quarter.
Why All Dry Services
When a property is damaged, the customer is usually having one of the worst days of their year. Speed, competence, and trust are the entire business.
That's what makes this a good sales job. You're not asking anyone to take a risk on an unproven promise. You're putting a capable team in front of professionals who need one — and when you hand off a referral, the work gets done right, which is what protects the relationship you spent months building.
You'll also get real sales training here. We'd rather develop a strong salesperson than rent one.
If You're Still Reading
By now you're either already picturing which Louisville property management offices you'd walk into first, or you're not. We're looking for the first kind.
Apply today. When you do, tell us about one relationship you built that eventually turned into business.
You Don't Need Restoration Experience
You need to be someone people trust quickly and remember later.
We'd like you to bring:
• Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, business development, territory sales, or account management
• Comfort walking into new businesses and introducing yourself to decision-makers
• Natural rapport and real curiosity about other people's work
• Persistence without pushiness
• Discipline about follow-up and managing your own schedule
• Interest in building a long-term sales career, not just taking a job
Backgrounds that translate well: insurance, property management, construction, facilities, home services, hospitality, or anything else that put you in front of people all day.
Restoration experience is helpful. It is not required. If you can open doors and build relationships, we'll teach you the industry.
Pay, and What Comes With It
• $50,000–$60,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission
• Six-figure earning potential
• Professional sales training and ongoing development
• Company technology provided
• Long-term career growth opportunity
The base is there so you can build the territory properly instead of chasing anything that moves. The commission is uncapped so the territory you build keeps paying you for building it.
This is a daily-driving role, so a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
