The Role

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and support to adolescent patients in a shift-based setting.
• Monitor patient progress, aid therapeutic interventions, and document care accurately.
• Administer medically prescribed treatments and collaborate closely with physicians and therapists.
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Contribute to the smooth daily operations and organizational tasks of the ward.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse, nursing specialist, or pediatric nurse.
• Strong social skills, team spirit, and excellent communication abilities.
• Empathy, emotional resilience, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with adolescents.
• Ideally, prior experience in psychosomatics or psychiatry (not essential).
