Responsibilities
- Install, rack, and deploy server and networking hardware in datacenter environments.
- Perform cable management tasks including reseating, labeling, and replacing network, power, and fiber/copper cabling.
- Execute server tray swaps and hardware replacements following established operational procedures.
- Respond to incidents and support onsite troubleshooting while maintaining aggressive SLA requirements.
