We believe in rewarding performance. Typical outside sales total compensation (base + commissions) at Rexco averages $120K

(yes - you'll be an employee-owner), you'll also go through paid training with our manufacturers! As part of our Outside Sales team, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts.

Meeting customers face-to-face to understand their equipment needs and deliver tailored solutions
Proactively managing accounts and building long-term relationships that drive loyalty
Logging calls, meetings, and notes in our CRM to stay organized and ahead of every opportunity
Proven sales experience; construction equipment industry background is a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, customer-first mindset
Creative problem-solver who can think on their feet
