Pay Rate: $24.00 - $28.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Build, Test, and Troubleshoot Advanced Electro-Mechanical Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, align, fit, and integrate electro-mechanical components and systems


• Build and repair hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies


• Test, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment


• Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing instructions


• Perform inspections to identify defects, failures, and root causes


• Monitor manufacturing processes and equipment performance


• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production teams


• Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required


• Two years of formal technical training through military or civilian technical programs required


• Minimum of 5 years of electrical and/or mechanical maintenance, assembly, or troubleshooting experience


• Experience interpreting schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
