The Role

• Understand and sell pest control products and services to diverse industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to ensure pest prevention, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as an empathetic problem solver, building trusted relationships and providing essential solutions for commercial clients.
• Achieve sales goals through proactive prospecting and by leveraging assigned leads and marketing tools.
• Conduct property inspections to identify issues and recommend appropriate pest management solutions.
• Utilize provided technology, like iPads with sales software, to manage agreements and stay organized.

What You'll Need

• No prior industry experience required; sales experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license or certification (company-sponsored).
• Comfortable working independently in the field and interacting with clients in various environments.
• Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions.
