Human Resources Coordinator

SSP is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our Hospitality & Travel operations within the Human Resources & Talent Management team. In partnership with Smiths Detection, you will provide HR coordination for airport and travel retail staff, including recruitment support, onboarding, HRIS data entry, scheduling interviews, and maintaining personnel files. You’ll assist with benefits administration, payroll changes, training logistics, and employee relations tracking, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, customer service focus, and comfort working in a fast-paced, safety- and security-driven environment.
