Job Description

We are seeking experienced Pega Developers and Lead Pega Developers to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise applications using the Pega Platform. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Pega application development, business process automation, case management, and workflow configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain applications using the Pega Platform.

• Build and enhance case management workflows, business rules, and application logic.

• Develop and configure data pages, activities, flows, decision rules, and user interfaces.

• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers to deliver application solutions.

• Troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and support production environments.

• Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Pega application development and the Pega Platform.

• Experience with Pega PRPC, case management, workflow automation, and business rules.

• Knowledge of data pages, integrations, REST/SOAP services, and application configuration.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a technical team.

Additional Qualifications for Lead Pega Developers

• Experience leading Pega development teams and delivering enterprise application projects.

• Strong understanding of application architecture, technical design, and development best practices.

• Experience mentoring developers, reviewing technical solutions, and resolving complex issues.

• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pega System Architect (CSA), Senior System Architect (CSSA), or Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.

• Experience with Pega Infinity or Pega 8.

• Exposure to enterprise integrations, application modernization, and production support.

• Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other enterprise environments.
