Must Haves
Strong Android Development Expertise: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, MVVM architecture.
Technical Leadership & Mentoring Experience: Has led/coached developers and coordinated technical work, even without a formal management title.
Offshore Team Collaboration & Communication: Proven experience working with distributed teams (preferably India-based), with strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
Huge Plus: Offline-first mobile application development experience.
