o9 Supply Chain Planning Solutions Lead

About the Role As a contingent o9 Supply Chain Planning Solutions Lead, you will architect, configure, and manage o9-based planning solutions across demand planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). Sitting at the intersection of solution architecture, supply chain planning, and stakeholder enablement, you will translate business requirements into scalable o9 configurations, ensure the underlying supply chain data foundations are trusted and well-governed, and partner closely with business leaders to deliver measurable value across the end-to-end supply chain

Responsibilities

o9 Solution Architecture & Implementation

● Architect and implement o9-based supply chain planning solutions, including demand

planning, supply planning, capacity planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

● Translate business requirements into o9 platform configurations, developing clear, phased,

and achievable solution blueprints

● Configure o9 modules, worksheets, alerts, metrics, scorecards, and integrations

● Lead integration testing during System Integration Testing (SIT) and ensure seamless data

flow across systems, including ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other third-party platforms

Supply Chain Planning & Strategy

● Work closely with business leaders to develop short- and long-term supply chain planning

strategies

● Provide strategic and operational oversight for our supply chain planning systems

● Define and help own the vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for supply chain

planning capabilities

● Identify gaps in current planning capabilities across demand, supply, capacity, and S&OP

domains and drive continuous improvement

Supply Chain Data Management

● Partner with the Master Data Management team to define the vision, strategy, and

multi-quarter roadmap for o9 master data

● Drive standardization and harmonization of critical supply chain master and transactional

data

● Ensure supply chain data supports strategic decision-making and reliable planning outputs

● Support integration of supply chain data across ERP, procurement, and analytics platforms,

and manage o9 data ingestion and utilization requirements

Stakeholder Enablement

● Serve as a primary point of contact for o9 supply chain planning initiatives, building trusted

relationships across planning, sourcing, procurement, and operations teams

● Partner with business users to understand pain points, gather requirements, and advocate

for their needs

● Drive adoption of o9 tools, standards, and best practices through training, documentation,

and change management

● Lead end-to-end delivery of o9 planning programs, managing timelines, dependencies, risks,

and stakeholder expectations

Governance & Operations

● Champion data governance frameworks for supply chain data, including data quality

standards, ownership models, and access policies

● Facilitate cross-functional working groups to resolve data and configuration issues and drive

continuous improvement

● Manage vendor relationships and support build-vs-buy decisions for supply chain planning

tooling

Minimum Qualifications

● Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science/Engg, Industrial, Supply Chain, a relevant technical

field, or equivalent practical experience

● Minimum 2+ years of experience implementing o9 Solutions

● 7+ years in supply chain planning, covering demand forecasting, inventory management,

S&OP, and capacity planning

● Proven track record of leading full-cycle, end-to-end o9 implementation projects, both

functionally and technically

● Hands-on experience with o9 Solutions, including planning configurations, workflow

modeling, UI design, action buttons, procedures, solver performance tuning, and report

design

● Proficiency in o9 modules, APIs, and integration capabilities
