Role Description:

Lead the implementation and support of Symphony GOLD Supply Chain solutions

Design and manage integrations across enterprise platforms such as ERP, WMS, OMS, and planning tools (e.g., Relex Solutions)

Support and integrate with key platforms such as Master Data Management (MDM) systems covering items, locations, vendors, and hierarchies

Enable and support analytics and reporting (financial, operational, and performance metrics)

Essential Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in Symphony GOLD Supply Chain systems implementation and support engagements.

In-depth understanding of retail merchandising and supply chain processes, including:

o Order management, replenishment, and allocation

o Pricing and promotion management

o Inventory lifecycle and forecasting

Experience with Relex Solutions, MDM platforms, and vendor collaboration tools

Expertise in system integration (APIs, middleware, batchevent-based processing)

Experience in any of the programming languages and SQL will be an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of data models, master data and retail hierarchies

Proven experience in large-scale retail or supply chain transformation programs

Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data architectures

Exposure to analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
