Job Title: APEX IR Developer
Location: Cape Canaveral, Florida
Type: Contract To Hire
Work Model: Hybrid – onsite and remote
Hours: 40.0 hours per week
Security Clearance: Must be a US citizen eligible for a Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities, ensuring compliance with software standards.
• Design, develop, document, test, and debug software solutions that address business/mission problems using logical and mathematical analysis.
• Apply standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Develop software by applying knowledge of hardware, software, information gathering from system users, and computer language to produce effective solutions.
• Correct program errors, prepare operating instructions, compile documentation, and analyze system capabilities to resolve questions regarding program output, input data, and controls.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen eligible for a Secret Clearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 2+ years experience with Oracle APEX Interactive Reports.
• Minimum 2+ years experience applying Oracle software development best practices and optimization.
• Strong project documentation and communication skills.
• Minimum 2+ years experience with Agile software methodologies and tools.

Desirable:

• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Edition RDBMS 19c, including PL/SQL development (packages, stored procedures, triggers, functions, indexes).
• Experience with JavaScript.
