Job Title: Product Manager with Open Banking Exp

Location: Palo Alto, CA or Jersey City, NJ or Plano, TX (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret Chile Fintech Law No. 21,521, NCG 514, API standards, technical annexes, and Payment Initiation Provider requirements.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, API requirements, and delivery priorities.
• Map regulatory requirements to required data elements and validate API schemas for accuracy and compliance.
• Define consent-management, authentication, authorization, identity, and security requirements.
• Enable customer and partner onboarding through canonical APIs.
• Define sandbox requirements and lead API certification and end-to-end testing.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience in API-led, platform, payments, banking, or regulated technology programs.
• Strong experience writing engineering-ready user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Good understanding of REST/JSON APIs, API schemas, data mapping, integration, and sandbox environments.
• Familiarity with consent management, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, identity, authentication, authorization, and API security.
• Experience with API testing, partner certification, and cross-functional delivery.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed U.S. and India teams and external vendors.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, or equivalent tools.

Required Education: At least a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required.

Necessary Skills: Fintech Law, Open Banking, API, Product Management.
